This Site is an educational site primarily for students in Grades 1 – 9 that reside in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas (The Bahamas). Although the Site is not limited by geographic region, it is subject to Bahamian Law.

All content published and made available on the Site is within the public domain in the field of education, and all original questions submitted by teachers were paid for, and/or have been used with their expressed consent. The minimum age to use this Site is 5 years old (Grade 1 Student). By using this Site, users agree that they are over 4 years old. The Owner does not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
As a user of this Site, you agree to use the Site legally, not to use the Site for illegal purposes, and not
- Harass or mistreat other users of the Site;
- Violate the rights of other users of the Site
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owner or any third party to the Site

The Owner reserves the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If your order is cancelled and your payment has already processed, you will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to verify receipt of any refund.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
